Hello, I have the same problem described above, but my belt actually is cutting into the drum itself. In other words the belt is rubbing to the container and is cutting it. Also the belt is burned out due to the rubbing. Any suggestions,
ANSWER Hello Ed. You will need to check and see if the tub bearings 22003441 22002934 are bad and causing the belt to slip. If so, you will need to replace the tub bearings. If the tub is damaged , you may need to replace the tub assembly 22004465. It comes with the bearings you will need. For the belt you will need to order 12001788. Hope this helps.
