Burning smell coming from washer. Bought new belts from you and replaced. Still have smell and washer quits during rinse/spin cycle. Motor is hot to the touch. Seems like if I let the washer sit (maybe let motor cool off) I can restart the spin cycle and it will finish. Seems to be the motor. Just wanted to ask before spending $140. Thanks!!
ANSWER Hello Kevin. Yes, if there is nothing wrong with the tub bearing, then it sounds like the motor is bad and will need to be replaced in the unit.
