How do I change the internal filter on this model dishwasher? Please help

ANSWER Hi Andrea. Remove the lower rack. Remove the lower wash arm. Use the Torx Tool Kit Item Number: TJ20000072 to get the top wash filter housing part # 9742968 off the top. Thank You.
