ANSWER Hello John. Based on the information you provided, you will need to check the water level inside the unit and make sure it is filling up to the bottom of the heater assembly. If not, then the water valve 6-920534 could be bad on the unit. If the water level is good, try cleaning the filters under the spray arms inside the unit with dishwasher magic TJ104. Hope this helps.
