I need this part to repair a 16-yr-old Maytag washing machine. I checked your site a week ago and it was out of stock then, as well. Is this part actually available at present and just back-ordered? Is it expected to be in stock in 5-6 days, or is that the amount of time it takes to ship when it IS in stock? Any idea when/if you might be able to obtain this part?

This is a special order part, so you will have to call in to order it. This is one of those parts we just don't sell enough of to keep in stock. This means, when a customer calls into order it, we order one for that customer directly from the manufacturer. This process takes about 2 weeks, so you need to order it soon as possible to get it as soon as possible. You can call in your order at 1-877-477-7278.
