My husband wants to replace the heating element in my cooktop cartridge, Jenn-air part A122B. Will the Whirlpool part 12002144 fit in it? Should he replace both elements even though the smaller one is still working?

ANSWER Hello Karen! The large burner element is part number 8185638 and the smaller burner element is part number 71002433. If the small burner is not heating as well as it use to, I would suggest replacing it. This saves shipping costs in the future. Thanks.
