Developed a flat spot on the roller (mainly on the lower one) so I replaced both and the belt for good measure. 3 weeks later, lower roller is already mis-shapen. Had it for 10 years, one set of rollers. Replaced 28 days ago, now needs replacing. What am I missing?

ANSWER Hello Coach. Did you change the roller support shafts W10359270 W10359269 with the new rollers? If these are worn, there will be alot of play in the rollers. Also, check the felt seals and front bearings and make sure they are good as well. Hope this helps.
