I bought the replacement defrost timer kit 482493 and need to know where to put the black wire. The instructions aren't clear to me about I have no wiring diagram milt.. Thanks for your help

ANSWER Milton, Based on the wiring diagram for the model number you supplied, you have a "Version 2 Cumulative Compressor Run Application" and will use wiring diagram figure # 3 and " Procedure 3" to wire the repalcement timer. The loose timer motor black wire will attach to terminal #1, Terminal #1 Orange wire from cold control, Terminal #2 Pink wire to defrost heater,Terminal #3 White wire to neutral leg of power cord, Terminl #4 Red wire to fan motor.
