I ordered this water filter and installed by the water pressure is greatly reduced to a small stream of water. I replaced with the by-pass cap and the water pressure returns to normal. This is the second water filter I have tried with the same results. Don't these filters work with my Maytag MFI2568AEW?

ANSWER Hello Jerry. Yes, the filter works with your model and when you filter the water down, it slows the pressure some. You may have a bad filter head causing the issue with the water pressure as well.
