Do we need to shut water off to replace filter? It says to turn counter clockwise but cannot do it, cannot seem to remove it.
ANSWER Hello Don,
You do not have to turn water off to replace the water filter but is recommended by the manufacturer in case there is a problem with the water filter head. The water filter does just turn counter clockwise. Try to turn water off and release pressure by pushing dispenser. Then try to take out.
