I have a Kenmore washer 80 series HD. Model:110.24812200. on spin cycle it makes a very load noise,tub rocking back & forth and continues spinning after timer stops.Every thing else works fine.Is this the brake,if so how do you replace them.THANK YOU

ANSWER Charlie, Sounds more like the drive block is worn 389140 or tub nut is loose 21366, Hopefully the drive tube tabs aren't damaged 285792 Once you remove the agitator, and attempt to loosen and remove the spanner nut,You can tell if the block is stripped/worn out.
