Washer makes loud pulsating squeaking noise during spin cycle. Squeaking starts around 120 RPM, and when the spin cycle stops, the squeaking stops around the same speed. If I put my hands on the motor frame and manipulate the milkstool to a certain coordinate, the squeaking stops. Replacing the belt and brake pads has not fixed the problem. Could this be the friction ring giving out?

ANSWER Hello Matt. Check and see if the noise is coming from the milk stool bearing 12002013. If so, you will need to replace the milk stool. If not, and it sounds like it is coming from the friction ring, you will need to replace the friction ring 40037401. Hope this helps.
