The 8 inch surface element that I am replacing has wire crimp connectors welded to the element electrodes. The two wires from the switch are crimped into those connectors. The wires at the connection are covered by a ceramic block which a clip on the element clips into, held in place by the grounding screw that also attaches to the element.
THe 8 inch element depicted (AP3095827) is pretty close to my search for Kenmore part number 103749, but it is apparently missing the wire crimp attachments and a spring clip to which the ground wire connects that also holds the element in place.
Do you offer a connector adapter to connect from this element to the wires - or ... ?
ANSWER Idler, Being an "older" unit, a lot of parts are "no longer available" from the manufacturer. Not only will you need to order a burner 326789 which is a "plug in" type burner, you will need to order a "plug in" type receptacle kit 330031 and install that component, using the instruction sheet. I think that will get you up and going. Good Luck
