I have read about where it is but I can't find them on my panel. I am trying to remove the front panel so I can replace the Membrane Switch (stainless Steel) .

ANSWER Hi Steven. The membrane switch is part #9756559ES. Remove the door. Remove the power. Look up under the control panel (above the top of the door) and find the screws that hold the end caps and the lower panel of the console assy. Once these are removed you will be able to get to the back of the clock. Then unlock the side clips (pull up) that secure the ribbon control to the keypad. Then you will be able to replace the keypad assy. Make sure you do not pinch or nick the ribbon cable when you replace the whole assy. Thank You.
