Hi. When ice cube tray is full, it will dump, after about an hour the plastic tub that feeds the water in to tray will freeze up with water and water leaks out the back tube of fridge and leaks on to the floor. I have thawed several times and the same thing happens. Can you tell me how or do I need new head of ice maker to fix this problem. Thank you for you time.

ANSWER Hello John,
This would be an issue caused by a seeping water valve. The valve is allowing water to seep through and when it seeps through it is a small amount that flash freezes. You would want to replace the water valve 67005154.
