My wife is saying the the cloths will not dry when using sensor dry. They run the 50-60 minute cycle yet are still damp. When run on timer for 50-60 minutes they are dry. I've not experienced this myself yet. The last time I ran the dryer, a few days ago, I went back a couple hours later and found the cloths damp, but learned that she had turned the dryer off when she ran out for an errand and forgot to turn it back on when she returned.
The the duct seems to be clear and the sensor appears to be clean but I've heard that dryer sheets can coat sensor and make them not work.
ANSWER Hello Greg. Yes, the sheets can coat the sensor bars. You can use rubbing alcohol to clean the bars in the unit.
