I tried starting the dishwasher this morning and all the lights on the panel came on but the water was not going into the machine. I can always hear the water going in once started. I pressed the cancel button and the machince began pumping out so I don"t beleive it is the pump. I looked at the diagram but did not see a valve or solinoid to allow water in???? Does this problem sound familiar

Don for Model Number MDC4650AWB

ANSWER Don, You did check and make sure you have plenty of hot water at the faucet/adapter fitting, right ? You'll want to remove the wooden top, and check the right rear corner inside the cabinet and make sure there are no kinks in the hoses from the adapter assembly 99001868 with the hose extended and retracted. If all's OK, you'll need to remove the toe panel W10117496 and check or replace the fill valve W10243263
