Have you had reports of this door shelf cracking prematurely. I have had the fridge for 2 years and it cracked right at the slot where it connects/rests on the door which seems to be a defect. Is there any recourse with the manufacturer, have they been known to replace this door shelf based on the poor engineering behind it?
