Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
The pulley slipped off and wore through the plastic cover, now it won,t stay on,is there a better pulley to use that has grooves and will hold the belt on???
ANSWER Tracy, Which pulley came off ? if it's the motor pulley, you'll need the motor assembly W10303798, if it was the" Sputch" pulley W10721967 Then you'll need the pulley, and make sure you torque the pulley nut W10163336 tight. And make sure you readjust the motor mount bolts, so the belt tension is correct, and you may want to install a dab of "loc tite" to the gearcase shaft to hold the splutch pulley nut in position. We'll send you some basic information, that should be helpful.
