I just purchased a whirpool wfw9150www00, and that machine shakes and walks violently on the spin cycle, are the shocks the likely problem?

ANSWER Hello Speedy. You need to check and make sure the shipping bolts are removed from the back of the unit. Also, look and see if the shocks are broken on the unit and make sure the inner basket is not loose in the unit.
