I am looking at the skate plate on this model and noticing that NO where in the diagram on your website does it show springs or fasteners for the skate plate to float on or fasten to.
Am I missing something here???....Im looking at my washer from the bottom and there is nothing hooked to or fastening the plate to anything, its just sitting in there.
Can you give me some insight as to what im missing???

ANSWER Hello Jeff. If you look at the parts diagram and go to number 2, you will see where the springs hook to. The suspension spring goes from the bracket to the frame in the back of the washer.
