Last night turn the knob on right front burner flamed ok but smelled gas through out the house we turned off power and gas.
this morning turned on gas powered up and tried to fire both front burners nothing no spark to the back either. First I had thought might be the pressure regulator was bad but now I want to say the module - any thoughts??
ANSWER Dean, Based on your information, First check and make sure you have the proper power supply at the outlet, and the line cord didn't get knocked loose or anything like that. Then start at the spark module 8215557 and valve switches 74007696. You'll need to remove the grates, burner caps and burner bases(two screws each) remove the drip pans then raise the glass panel up and off the burner box frame, Be careful with the glass, make sure you turn off the gas supply and remove power to the cooktop, before you start anything..
