My washer will go into it's spin cycle but doesn't seem to complete it's spin into the higher speed spin out. The water drains out alright but the clothes are still pretty wet. What's my problem here?
ANSWER Valerie, You most likely have a slipping clutch 285785 or cracked, bent motor coupler 285753A. You do want to check and make sure theres nothing between the two tubs, causing a drag on the tub. You'll need to remove the cabinet from the washer frame in order to investigate. We'll send you some basic information that should help.
