Top spray arm is not spinning during wash cycle. When we tested it with other water source outside of washer, it looks like water is leaking between spray arm and seal? Could a leak there cause reduced pressure to spin sprayarm? Is there a rubber seal on the spray arm where it meets the plastic seal? What could be causing the leak or is it due to poor water pressure?

ANSWER Hello Suzie! If the spray arm has developed a leak it will need to be replaced. This is causing the arm to not spin properly as it should since it is not getting the proper pressure needed. I would replace all parts to the spray arm. The spray arm is part number 8269024. The seal is part number 8268433. The manifold tube is 8268326. Hope this helps!
