How do we tell if our 3 suspension springs are weak? I just replaced all 3 2 months ago and now My machine is going crazy when spinning again. The other spring looks good and isn't broken either.

Aaron for Model Number LTE5243DQ2

ANSWER Aaron, The replacement springs are the least likely issue at this point. It would take a special spring tension tool, and a spring rating from the manufacturer's engineering dept.to test. You do want to check and make sure the base of the unit is not bent, cracked or distorted(especially in the area where the springs mount to the base), check the tub support assembly for the same. Check and make sure the rear, self levelling legs and mechanism 358652, 358594 are operating, and locking in place. and the washer front feet are levelled. Also check and make sure all the panels and panel clips are properly aligned and locked in place. Thanks
