How do you get the guide stops off the upper basker to take it our?

ANSWER Paul, You'll need a small flatblade screw driver, to save your fingers. Rool the upper rack track out, then roll the rack,as far back as possible. With the screwdriver press in on the upper retainer clip, on the stop inside the track, and push up on the stop itself using your thumb. Good Luck.
