What does the suppressor do and how should the neutral wire be connected to power source?
ANSWER Hi Perry. This electrical noise suppressor part # 8302143, is used to capture and eliminate close electrical interference noise that will be induced into the wire harness and travel to the devices, setting off unnecessary fault codes or electrical anomalies. The part mounts physically on top of the terminal block through the holes provided. The L-1 (blk) wire secures on one end. Then the neutral (wht) wire is in the middle. Then the L-2 (red) wire secures on the last terminal post. This is the 240 vac supply to the unit. Thank you.
