I am having the same problem -- this unit has four connectors but only two wires available. How do I connect them to the two available wires? The picture shows an old part number. The answers given are not addressing the questions.

ANSWER Hello Sam. You will use the two spades in the same location as the old element 8185638. You will not use the two spades on the end of the connector.
