I had changed the water pump and O-ring because my machine was leaking. Put the machine back together then on the spin cycle the banging started and the machine would move around on the floor..The next thing that was changed was the suspension spring(AP4459650/W10250667)...The problem still exists. According to your website there is another sping (AP3120822/8316845)which I did order, however I can not figure out where that one would go. Could that be my problem? If so where does that spring go? or is my problem the 3 black suspension springs? Please help....

ANSWER Hello Debbie. The suspension spring 63907 is located at the bottom of the floater plate. If they are broke or bad, it will cause the problem you are having. Lift upward on the tub assembly and make sure it is centered on the floater plate properly. If you fell it pop back into place, it should fix the problem. Hope this helps.
