No question, just user experience. The replacement suspension kit is Da Bomb! Our washer was so out of balance it sounded like someone was beating it with a hammer.
It took about twenty minutes to swap out the rods. We ran a load and the machine now runs just like new.
The only addition to the instructions I'd is remove and replace one rod at a time and have two people involved.
