ANSWER Rich, If theres no 120 VAC to the door switch, you'd have an open thermal fuse 8193762,and or a broken or loose wire between the two components. If you have an "open" thermal fuse, it could be due to a voltage fluctuation in the power supply, a loose connection at the power connections in the junction box. or fault in the heater element or wiring there. You can check for 120 VAC at the door switch and the P2pin6 (blk/wht wire) at the control board to chassis ground. and you can check for 120 VAC at the Tan wire on the P8 terminal to chassis ground, with the door switch "activated". You'll also want to make sure your power supply and connections are properly polarized and grounded in the junction box. We don't see you needing "new one" over a loose or damaged "minor" component.
