Many of the push buttons on the touch panel are dead and won't start the cycles. The ones that come on go off after 20-30 seconds and no cycle will start. I ordered part # ap4009230 control board and I still have the same problem. The door switches have a lot of blue discoloration, but they click. My multimeter is broke so I can't test them. Do you have any recommendations as to what could be the problem?

ANSWER Hello Jim! it seems that you may have a defective control panel 6-920244. The control panel has a ribbon cable that connects and sends signals, when pressed, to the control board. The ribbon cable is only available with the control panel. Hope this helps!
