My water dispenser drips when not in use. What can be the cause and could it be fixed by a novice?
ANSWER Hello Tony. Yes, it sounds like the water valve may need to be replaced on the unit. If it is leaking, you will need to order and replace the valve on the unit. This is not to hard to replace and is accessed on the back of the unit.
