I had the exact same problem as above. I checked another supplier who said the Manufacturer discontinued this item. Was the issue above ever solved? I replaced the Control Board and the 2nd Switch Membrane (under Warranty) and there is no response. Thanks for responding.
ANSWER Hello BiziMan. Yes, the issue was that the ribbon cable for the membrane 8272702 was not properly seated and was causing the buttons not to work properly. Once the ribbon cable was removed, reseated, and locked down on the control board, the unit worked properly. The PF was cleared by pressing the cancel/off button on the unit. Thank you!
