I have a Kitchenaid electric range and the off button no longer works. It appears to be an issue with the control membrane and seems to be a fairly common problem. What I'm wondering is if you have any instructions on replacing the membrane if I purchase one and do it myself?
ANSWER Austin, You're most likely correct, the membrane switch assembly 9756595ES is a weak spot on this range. Fortunately it's not that difficult a repair to make.
