I have water on lower arm and arm is turning ,no water on upper arm and arm is not moving .Motor fills like it,s running .I think it,s the pressure switch?

ANSWER Dwight, you may want to consider the fill valve 8531671 and check the accumulator 8193918 for debris or sediment. These are more apt to cause a water or pressure issue causing the upper spray arm to not rotate. Thanks
