Unit has power, but neither oven nor any of the 4 stove burners heat up. What might be the cause?

ANSWER Hey Alan, when you say it has power, does it have 220 volts of power coming to the disconnect block? Both the top elements and the oven elements require 220V to work. Hope this helps!
