My dryer overheats then cuts off mid cycle. Which part do I need to replace?
ANSWER Hello Davi. If it is getting to hot and stopping, you need to check the cycling thermostat. If the motor is overheating, and not the whole unit, you will need to replace the motor. You need to test the exhaust temp coming from the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
