I have checked the heater element for grounding and all looks good. Checked continuity and all seems to be ok. I have replaced thermal cut off fuse 2 times and keeps blowing them? No restiction in the vent tube.
ANSWER Hi. Are all the terminal block post nuts tight? Are all the wiring connections tight? Some where there is a condition allowing too much amperage draw. The thermal cut off kit part # 279769 blowing may be that after the element part # 4391960 has been heated for awhile it gets "lazy" - expanding and barely touching one side of the element casing allowing the direct short to happen. Is the blower wheel part # 694089 rumbling loose on the motor shaft and cannot move air as efficiently through the system? Thank You.
