This dryer started to run hot, and finally blew the thermo-fuse. I cleaned the vent tubes which were not blocked, installed a new thermo-fuse and it still runs hot. Even on air fluff setting I still get heat. I pulled out the element to see it it was grounded, and it looks and checked out fine. Where to next. Do I have a control board issue or am I missing something. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

ANSWER Bob, It sounds like you may have an issue with a stuck relay on the control board. Disconnect the power from the unit and check the relay on the control board that has the red and black to it. Test it for continuity. Most likely the relay will show closed showing that the contacts are stuck and the control board would need to be replaced.
