Larry for Model Number WFE381LVS0

ANSWER Larry, the thermal fuse is a good place to start, if it is "open" it will interrupt power to the broil element, and create a low temperature issue in the oven. At the oven control / ERC you may need to test voltage out to the elements Con. 2in 7 red wire to chassis ground should read 120 VAC in a bake mode. Con2 pin I blue wire should have 120 VAC to chassis ground in the broil mode. Both red wires on con 4 should read 120 VAC to chassis ground. Be careful with the voltage checks, don't hurt or shock yourself. if all the voltages are present and correct the ERC is not the issue and the thermal fuse and wiring will need to be checked and replaced or repaired.
