I turned the stove on for the first time since it had been sitting for 6 months.. I set it to 225 degrees.. it cut on and within 10 mins the entire thing shut down and has no power. Nothing on the control panel and the Magnitogorsk don't work. Would this be the thermal fuse that needs replacing?
ANSWER Hello Brittany,
Yes it is very possible that the thermal fuse is faulty. Also check the terminal block to make sure that you are getting 120 vac across L1 to ground and L2 to ground and 240 vac across L1 to L2. Check the thermal fuse for continuity if no continuity then replace the thermal fuse.
