Couple of questions: Was doing a self cleaning, about 1/2 - 3/4 thru (I guess, it was cleaning, at some point past the 1/2 mark I noticed the front panel was out). I can't get the full serial number because the oven is locked (is there a way to unlock?). From what I'm reading the Thermal Fuse went out? How do I change it? Is it on the back of the range? If the Thermal Switch went out would this also explain why the front LCD panel is not lighting up and unresponsive? The cook top works fine.

ANSWER Hello Brett, To unlock the door you wil have to use a wire coat hanger or wire to get a hold of latch and get it to release. The thermal fuse would cause there to be no display and also cause the rest of the unit to not work. The thermal fuse is located under the main top of the unit.
