I have had the rear thermostat replaced once before. The oven display (clock) is blank. I cycled off the breaker and hit cancel when the PF displayed when power was restored. I reset the clock, but display went off after the correct time was input. I tried to turn on the stove like normal - everything displays fine, but no heat. I do hear a small fan (not the convection fan) when the oven is set to heat. Any suggestions? Thank you.

ANSWER Maurice, The fan noise is the cooling fan in the back of the control panel area running to cool the area. Since the control and display are working, you'll need to check the thermal fuse 9759242 on the back of the oven. If the fuse or wiring is open, or has failed, there is no L2 (120 VAC) supplied to the elements and the oven won't heat
