Fridge is too cold and freezing the waterline. Can someone provide detail instructions on how to replace the Thermistor. Fridge is JennAir Bottom Freezer JBR2286KES
ANSWER Kevin, " Freezer Thermistor (some models) 1. Remove Thermistor cover 67003924 located on the Evaporator Cover by inserting a screw driver in slot and releasing tab holding Thermistor cover on. 2. Unclip Thermistor from cover and cut wires to Thermistor. 3. Remove Thermistor." When you splice the new wires into the harness, make sure the connections are good and tight, when you crimp the wire nuts, make sure that is also a good tight crimp, and as a precaution you may want to apply a dab od sealant in the "bell' of the connector so moisture or water cannot seep into the wire connection.
