Good morning, my fridge stop cooling..my food is starting to go bad within 2-3 days...what's my problem?

James for Model Number RT14BKXKQ05

ANSWER Hello James, If it is the refrigerator side only that has stopped cooling then you would want to check to make sure that your evaporator coils are not impacted with frost. If they are impacted by frost then you would want to check you defrost bimetal 4387490 and defrost heater 2263749 for continuity. If they are good then you would want to replace timer. Also check your fan motor to ensure it is operational. If it is both sections that are not cooling then you would want to check you start relay 2258450 to make sure it is not blown. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
