Coils freeze up ref gets warm could it be the defrost thermostat? Also how do I remove the freezer door?

ANSWER Hello Chris,
To remove freezer door there are 2 different designs. Design 1 there would be a phillips head screw one on either side of the rail when you open door. Remove screw and lift door out. On the second design you will have to remove the upper basket and then depress clips on the back side of rail and pull striaght out. As far as issue you will need to check for continuity on the defrost heater 67006386 and thermostat 67006387. If either do not have continuity then you will need to replace that part. If both check ok then you will have to replace main control board 12920710.
