Took sensor into parts store--sensor okay. Oven doesn't heat as should. Cake should take 30 minutes takes 2 hours. Sometimes burns stuff. Could it be element or thermostat? also I have replaced the outside glass on door 2 times. It just explodes--oven does not even have to be on.

ANSWER Hello Dorothy. Make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit. If so then it sounds like the element is bad and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
