The oven temperature goes up to over 600 degrees when the thermostat is set low. Why can I not control the temperature? If I need to replace the thermostat are there any special precautions I need to take.
ANSWER John, Other than being cautious with the tubing connections, don't cross thread the fittings. and checking for gas leaks with soap and water, nothing special, no special instructions to follow. Good Luck and Thanks
