My washer was not agitating, but it did spin...faster than normal. Now it doesn't agitate or spin. You can hear it trying to engage the clutch...it makes clicking sounds but doesn't engage. Could it be the basket drive hub or clutch? Or is it the transmission?

ANSWER Hello Francine. If you turn the pulley and the brake releases, but the drum does not turn, it just clicks, you will need to order and relpace the transmission 35-6615 in the unit.
